I have never been the type that likes to be the center of attention and I don’t enjoy crowds. I’ve struggled with low self-esteem and poor body image for a good part of my life and I am definitely not a hard body. I enjoy exercise. It’s fun work for me, it’s something I have control over and it’s doing something positive for myself.
I also enjoy traveling with my family, being outdoors and helping others. A few years ago I finally reached a point where I needed to take control of me, my physical and mental health.
That’s when I decided to become a Certified Personal Trainer and start Fit For All. My goal was to design and create a studio that was not too big, not too small. A studio that could accommodate one person or 25 people comfortably. Having an outdoor space was a big bonus too!
I am truly committed to helping participants set realistic and attainable goals, tighten and tone their bodies, build self-confidence and overall well-being using a variety of techniques. I welcome and respect anyone willing to take the steps toward overall health and wellness. The one to one of personal training and the energy in the group training is what motivates me – to motivate others.
