Bootcamp: My 30 minute sessions are designed to get you in, out and on your way to a great day. With a mix of session styles every day is different. One day may be partner workouts, another day might be timed circuits while another day could be a combination of both and held outdoors! Every exercise can be adjusted for any fitness level.
Personal Training: From our very first meeting I will work with you to establish your personal fitness goals, guide you and support you through this very special journey. I will hold you accountable and challenge you to stay on track. I’ll be there when you have that moment of doubt – and I’ll be there when you have the Ah-ha moment that you’re really doing it! Personal training is not about bulking up – it’s about an individualized plan that is focused on you, your goals and achieving those goals.
